Without doubt the best service I have had in a long long time, if not the best, from start to finish in discussing our needs with Abid he excelled throughout. Really cannot thank him/them enough for helping us through s difficult situation. 10/10 Many thank to Heald Green Pharmacy. The extra mile expression with these guys would be a huge understatement.

Rude service by lady wearing scarf over the counter. All men and ladies working over the counter were asian for some reason. Very judgemental, rude to Asians. Don't understand why there is a need for this kind of behaviour.
Not cheap either. Even thought much cheaper around and in boots.

I do prefer boots on turves road to this, Pharmacy next door to them is always busy.

Please give your staff some polite lessons to everyone walking in the Pharmacy.

It is common courtesy and you are in business which demands better customer service.

Covid test dame day result quick and easy

Had a PCR test this morning at 09.00, got result at 17.30 this evening. Excellent service.

Excellent service , polite professional staff who go out of their way to problem solve.

One of the bigger pharmacies around Heald Green. They keep various brands and varieties of products which is good.

The best pharmacy I have ever been to! We get our prescriptions delivered, which is very efficient. They are usually delivered next day or the same day for emergency prescriptions. We used to go to one of the big named Pharmacies, but glad we changed as the service we get at Heald Green is leagues ahead.

Saved our trip today thanks to quick thinking for Covid tests!

We had booked airport Covid tests with Collinson at Manchester’s terminal one, and when we got there were told that the tests would now take much longer to process meaning we wouldn’t get the results back in time for our flight. We were really panicking and called round a few nearby places but nobody could help until we called here! The pharmacist was so helpful and came up with a plan despite the fact that we were in such a rush - providing that we could get to him within 10 mins (easy from the airport), we might possibly be able to drop the tests off ourself at the laboratory before the 11am cut off. We headed straight there, they were waiting for us and had already filled in the necessary paperwork meaning we were in and out in about 3 minutes. I was also pretty nervous but the test was totally painlessly and without any drama which is not what I’ve heard from other clinics! We managed to get across town to the laboratory just in time, and we had our results at about 4pm! Totally saved our trip, it was a little more expensive than the one at the airport but the same price as other pharmacy tests - and frankly I don’t mind at all because at least they do what they say! Thankyou to the staff for being so great when they must be so busy at the moment. We really appreciate you!

Attended for a COVID test for travel requirements. Very helpful staff member called Sid was great . Quick , hassle free. Highly recommend
